39 Anyone finding[a] his life will lose it,(A) and anyone losing[b] his life because of Me will find it.(B)
A Cup of Cold Water
40 “The one who welcomes you welcomes Me,(C) and the one who welcomes Me welcomes Him who sent Me.(D) 41 Anyone who[c] welcomes a prophet(E) because he is a prophet[d] will receive a prophet’s reward. And anyone who[e] welcomes a righteous person because he’s righteous[f] will receive a righteous person’s reward.
